Tickets

How can I book concert tickets?

You can easily book your ticket online in the ticketshop under ‘Tickets’. Select a date, choose the number of tickets, enter your details, accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and select your preferred payment method. Payment is processed securely.

Your payment details are not stored on our website. If you need help with your booking, please feel free to contact us.

The categories refer to the seating areas for the concert. Categories A, B and C correspond to the front, middle and rear sections of the auditorium respectively.

If you encounter a payment error, please double-check your credit card number. If you receive any other error message during the booking process, please contact our team by email at sales@belvedereconcerts.at

You will receive your ticket digitally as a QR code via email as soon as the payment process has been successfully completed. Please check both your inbox and, if necessary, your spam folder. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at sales@belvedereconcerts.at.

Please bring your ticket in printed form or digitally on your smartphone, so the QR code can be scanned at the entrance.

Event

At our concerts, you are free to choose your seat within your selected category. Therefore, please book the category in which you wish to sit; once at the venue, seats are allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Our dress code is ‘smart casual’ – we recommend clothing appropriate to the occasion.
The ‘Kiss&Concert’ event lasts approximately 2 hours including visiting the Belvedere Palace Art Collection.
No, animals are not permitted at Belvedere Palace, with the exception of qualified dogs.

For copyright reasons, audio, photo and video recordings, as well as any other form of recording, are not permitted during the concert.

You are allowed to take photos or film in the exhibition rooms. Please ensure you do not disturb other visitors. Thank you very much!

Yes, at the Belvedere Palace there is a statutory cloakroom requirement in accordance with the provisions of the Vienna Events Venues Act (§ 12). The authorities stipulate that coats, jackets and other outerwear, as well as bulky rucksacks and umbrellas, must be left at the cloakroom. The cloakroom fee is €1 per person and per item.
Yes, the Belvedere Palace is accessible. We ask that you notify us in advance if you require wheelchair spaces.
